About Me

I'm Matt Hoogland, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise from Virginia Tech. As a former NCAA Division 1 Track and Field athlete, my journey through academics and athletics inspired me to establish On Track Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab.

 

Drawing from my educational background and personal experiences, I'm dedicated to helping individuals of all ages to achieve their health and fitness goals by providing tailored rehabilitation, sports performance enhancement, and preventative care services. My aim is to empower others to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, leveraging both my academic expertise and athletic insight.
